I counldn't feel my toes....


this is no exaggeration of the white out i was riding thru. frosty!!!

this hugh truck drove by me at 50 while plowing snow. i looked over right in time to see a 10 foot wall of snow wave coming at me. dude i was barreled!!! for a second, then i was covered. those guys don't care.

ok so the ride was a 3 hour medium intensity with alot of everything thown in as you can see by the pics. some hills, intervals, flat, TT, sun, rain, snow and cold toes. somehow my shoes got wet thru the neoprene covers and then got cold.

stoped by a bike shop on second and second. figured that was brad keyes shop(well he works there. asked about the "lunch hour" ride. was told it was on tuesday. today is tuesday, but they don't ride in the cold.....

what is up with salt lake city peeps and not riding in the snow? boy.....2009 is going to be easy pickings if everybody is going to wait for sun to start training.

felt strong today. gonna start bumping up on distance, time and throw in more intervals to the longer rides. baby steps of course.
