did about 20 mins of this as a warm-up before todays ride. good back strengthening(is that a word?).

todays ride was a challange as there was no availiable non-snowy road to do fast short intervals. so i rode around until i found a freshly plowed street and rode back and forth doing 15x30 sec micro-burst sprints, HR 185. felt good to let the caveman/"junkyard dog" out for a bit to let him go hard on the cranks.

then more riding around in no paticular direction. just had to make it about an hour ride today. will ride to work as well and get a 30 min LT tonight on the way back. always fun to get home pumped..
