once again i hate admitting i am human. yesterday before the ride i had a slight tempeture and was not feeling up to par. did the ride anyways, didn't ride too hard and i still got sick.... darn!
i went into work yesterday as well and that didn't help as it was quite a workout. so no worky today, but my brother is in town and i will hangout with him as he is leaving tonight.

you need to come skiing with me and all will be well.
if I go skiing I will "have" to go with you. Other than some xc, I havn't been skiing in many years. Lessons will be needed.
