Broccoli and easy spinning
took the dogs for a run up millcreek road after the gate. rode the pugsley, easy spinning in lower gears. it rained the whole time with a ave temp of 44 degrees. finally got a little snow fall near the yurt.
took the fat tires down to 13 psi. that is about the max with out hitting the rims on the bounce. although it was somewhat slushy the pug didn't leave a track in the snow. nice!
raced the dogs on the way down and had a couple of almost splills. they beat me on the snow everytime.
just wait till summer, then rematch time.
here is the husky in the usual "hey slow poke, hurry up pose"
got home and was in the mood for "soup on a bun", but didn't have the right ingredients. so made myself some vegetable lasagna, i also cooked up a broccoli omelette to eat while waiting for the lasagna. ran out of cheese so i added cottage cheese and it wasn't half bad.
